The flatness of the cut surface and length accuracy are superior to those achieved with a circular blade (slitter) cutting. The single-end cutting machine is suitable for printing tubes where one end's fitting can be used as is, while the double-end cutting machine is suitable for cardboard tubes where both ends' fittings cannot be reused.
